Sagar joined Omnivore in 2021 and is based out of our Bengaluru office. In addition to his investment responsibilities, he oversees impact reporting and is helping to develop Omnivore’s climate strategy. Previously, Sagar was part of the early team at Bijak, an Omnivore portfolio company, where he was responsible for leading growth and strategy. Sagar began his career as an Associate Consultant at Dalberg, where he helped impact investors and government agencies develop strategic programs and identify investment opportunities in the climate change, agritech, and fintech sectors across Southeast Asia and Africa. He has a B. Tech in Civil & Environmental Engineering from IIT Madras. In his free time, Sagar finds meaning in mentoring college students to pursue high-impact careers.
