Soumee joined Omnivore in 2023 and is based out of our Mumbai office. She oversees legal processes for Omnivore at both the fund and portfolio company levels. Previously, Soumee worked at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas as a transactional lawyer, where she supported M&A deals as well as private equity investments and exits. She began her career as an Associate at AZB & Partners, advising VC/PE managers setting up alternative investment funds. Soumee has a B.L.S. LL.B. degree from Government Law College, Mumbai.
