Imran joined Omnivore in 2013 and is based out of our Mumbai office. He oversees all aspects of fund administration, MIS, finance, accounting, reporting, and compliance for Omnivore. Previously, Imran worked for Basiz Fund Services as an Assistant Manager (Operations), where he managed fund accounting, portfolio valuation, investor reporting, and administration services for venture capital, private equity, and hedge funds. Imran started his career with A.M. Solanki & Associates in Mumbai. He is a Chartered Accountant with a B.Com from Mumbai University.
